Women historically have thought less of themselves than is their true capability – every woman knows some version of this story in her life.

Coupling this with life experience that may have taught you to believe untruths about your insufficiency… there’s a fairly good chance your perception of self is not accurately reflecting the real you.

And all you’ve got to lean on in yourself is reference points of the old way, and on top of this, you’re surrounded by others who want to hold you who you were before.

In the midst of constant reminders of a previous life, it’s really hard to make this shift alone.

This is where I come in – and where you and I meet on the bridge of transition – to walk you across the threshold of your own becoming.

Beyond making this major identity shift, you desire wholesome living, a slow pace, and a life that honours your natural rhythms and depth. You desire to live the feminine way, anchored in a profound sense of being home for yourself – no more compromises.

Working from the mind alone has never produced the results you seek, and you intuitively know patterns deep in the body and heart are what are keeping you from landing what you really want.

This work is extremely different. Through a uniquely feminine approach that includes all facets of you at the same time, we walk you step by step back to who you already are beneath the layers of self-omission.

Radical reclamation of your most authentic self doesn’t have to be painful or traumatic, but through the right support, a beautiful journey of graceful re-emergence.

My approach is drawn from deep well of understanding of modern challenges and an absolute wealth of personal experience – not to mention sincere care for your journey, and a deep desire to know you individually.

I have 20 years of active healing and self-development under my belt, with 12 of those being spent directly serving women like you. In addition to my own personal life experience, I’ve trained in a huge range of transformational systems, including cutting-edge advanced mysticism and healing, woman-centered coaching, therapeutic trauma healing, NLP & Timeline Therapy, dance therapy & much more.

I integrate somatic EMDR interventions into my practice, and am currently training (but not yet qualified or licensed) as a Psychotherapist, alongside other body-oriented therapeutic and somatic healing approaches.

Through our work together we’ll align all levels of your life with who you really are, facilitating rapid healing of lifelong limitations and dramatically shifting your reality at an accelerated yet very stable pace that can be comfortably integrated into your existing life circumstances. All while helping you to design a whole new life template, if that is your desire.

I hold great sensitivity around the ecology of your current life (family, children, relationships, etc) and will always support in a way that is truly holistic and allows for the whole picture to be worked with at once; a rare experience in the coaching industry that tends to function with myopic vision and miss critical areas requiring support.

“Show me love for a day and I can feel good for a day, teach me how to love myself and I can feel good for life”. In a nutshell, that is how I would describe my recent work with Ciara.

I am not talking about self-love as we generally know it, I am talking about the deepest love that one can have for oneself, and indeed, needs to have for oneself, to feel fully present and whole in this world.

I was convinced that I was loving myself deeply. But despite all I knew and how far I had come on my self-love journey, I hit a roadblock that shook me to my core. I found myself swimming in a sea of confusion, not knowing where to turn or who to trust and worst of all, thinking and feeling like I had explored all options and that there really was no way out of this one.
