The journey begins as a little girl…
~
a thousand lifetimes
I feel like I’ve lived a thousand lifetimes
In two short decades
Tossed widly from sea to stormy sea
Searching for meaning behind the screens
Of illusion, so carefully painted
On Chinese paper nonetheless
Which is thin and easily ruptured
On fateful contact with razor sharp eyes –
Allowing the light to shine right through
(Though it was always semi-opaque to begin with).
Sometimes the loneliness all but consumes me
Seeing the dawn in the midst of the night
Surrounded by creatures who fear the sun,
Hissing and spitting and clawing the dirt
I tread carefully over their grasping fingers
But invariably some will always get trodden on
They howl and retch, it tears at my heart
But I hold fast
Knowing that when I find it and flip the (light) switch
They will see my meandering was all for them.
I think I’m getting close now
Time seems to be slowing down.
Maybe if I just stand still…
Ah, there it is; the switch was here all along.

My name is Ciara, and I’m a Mystic, Healer & Mentor for Gifted Women
My work is rooted in ancient feminine shamanism, mysticism, metaphysics and quantum engineering, and lies at the intersection between consciousness and psychology. I’m a lifelong initiate of the Divine Feminine mysteries.
Drawing from a deep understanding of modern challenges and an absolute wealth of personal experience, I combine therapeutic trauma healing, feminine embodiment, intuitive coaching and mentoring and advanced spiritual training to facilitate true and irreversible life changes.
Through my own journey of overcoming major trauma and the relentless experience of “othering” for much of my life, I’ve developed a powerful and unique understanding of the challenges that many unique women face, along with a one-of-a kind system to serve their very specific needs for support during these rapidly changing times.
As a Mystic, Healer & Spiritual Mentor, I’ve been on a spiritual journey my whole life, and have multi-layered professional training in the field of supporting women to overcome core challenges and set themselves free. I integrate somatic EMDR interventions alongside many other body-oriented therapeutic approaches into my practice, and am currently training (but not yet qualified or licensed) as a Psychotherapist.
I’m the founder of The Rose Sanctuary – dedicated to the emergence of the sacred feminine, and supporting gifted women to heal themselves, reclaim their dignity and self-actualise in all areas of life. I currently helps women from all over the world to self-liberate from age-old limits and play their part in the shaping of the whole new paradigm that is rapidly forming.
Through our work together, you will uncover the greater truth of your being & align all levels of life with who you really are, facilitating rapid healing of ancient limitations, collapsing time, and dramatically shifting your reality. All of this is achieved at an accelerated yet very stable pace that can be comfortably integrated into your existing life circumstances, while helping you to design a whole new life template if that is your desire.
I hold great sensitivity around the ecology of your current life (family, children, relationships, etc) and will always support in a way that is truly holistic and allows for the whole picture to be worked with at once; a rare experience in the coaching industry that tends to function with myopic vision and miss critical areas requiring support.

What I do?
I ignite my clients into full reclamation of their most essential essence, to unleash the full scope of brilliance inside and embody who they’re capable of being – – while teaching them powerful tools and principles to create a personal reality of thriving.
From this baseline of self-belonging combined with high-level knowledge, creating a joy-filled life that matches the truth of who you really are becomes inevitable.
In all things, I use my own life as a template, and I aim to share the fruits of my own experience. There is nothing I share that hasn’t been tested by personal practice, you’ll find no new-age spiritual fluff and nonsense here.
Over my years of doing this work, I’ve discovered that the willingness to uncover and embrace our true nature beneath the layers of false personality is at the core of what enables flourishing in life on all levels (life, love, personal self-connection, friendships and business).
This can be a tricky knife’s edge – because the very reason the true self has been hidden is due to assumptions of some kind (often rooted in genuine experience) that it cannot be accepted, appreciated, welcomed or loved. All of this we can tackle together.
Because it is such a crucial component of creating the life you truly want, my work is centered around connecting my clients with who they really are on the very deepest level of their being, in a way lightyears beyond anything they’ve ever experienced before.
When we work together, expect rapid transcendence of lifelong (and ancient) limitations and the birthing into profound liberation to unapologetically be all that you.
